Grand Champion Bull at the 2004 National Western Stock Show. We sold 1/2 semen interest and possession for $32,000 to ABS Global, Thorstenson Angus and Gelbvieh, MTR Ranch, Hoppe Gelbvieh and Geranium LTD.  Full Season pasture bred 35 head last summer, already has cows bred for carcass testing and has tested one star for marbling and two stars for tenderness.  Semen available from ABS or Flying H Genetics.

All three of these bulls sell in our March 6th sale and have the highest WDA of the entire Balancer (hybrid) show.

Flying H MSH Ideal Way   

2004 National Western Bull Futurity Runner up.  Ideal Way has tremendous thickness, is homozygous black and a 6 frame score.  He was purchased in the national sale by SEGA Gelbvieh and Redland Gelbvieh.

Flying H Beretta 24L won his class  in Denver and stood next to the Grand and Reserve Champion Bulls for Division Champion.

For only the second time in the 30 year history of the Beef Improvement Federation, an international beef cattle federation, a Nebraska family has won the  "Seedstock Breeder of the Year" award. Flying H Genetics, Dick and Bonnie Helms of Arapahoe, NE were selected the 1998 winners and awarded this honor at the conference in Calgary, Canada.
